Jennie joined PMC Legal in 2018. Jennie is an experienced funds management and financial services lawyer. She has over 15 years of experience in top-tier private practice and in-house legal roles in Australia and the UK.

Jennie’s experience includes fund establishments (domestic and offshore, and both wholesale and retail offerings), financial services regulatory advice and advising on corporate transactional matters. Jennie manages fund establishments from the initial regulatory and fund structuring advice, through to the launch of the fund. Jennie advises responsible entities, corporate trustees, fund managers and their service providers. She has advised on the establishment of unregistered and registered managed investment schemes across various asset classes (including equities, mortgages, property and gold/precious metals), offer documents, class order exemption applications, trustee/responsible entity services, investment management, custody, registry, fund administration and platform services agreements, authorised representative arrangements, AFSL requirements, offshore fund subscriptions, and board and committee papers.
During her time as in-house legal counsel for an investment manager and professional responsible entity, Jennie developed a real understanding of how to apply the law with a commercial and practical approach and gained valuable insight into to the commercial and operational challenges facing fund managers and their service providers.
